: the contact stated while making turns at 15 to 20 mph on normal road conditions, the steering wheel failed. It would not respond to any steering input. There were no warning signal prior to any of the failures. The failures were intermittent. The vehicle was taken to a service dealer for repairs however the failure could not be duplicated.

In the 1 1/2 years that I have owned my vehicle it has been int he shop 15 times for various reasons: Electrical, transmission, front end problems, steering, accelerations etc...Jaguar has been dragging their feet for 4 months in rectifying problems. Consumer affiars is worthless and have accused me of "outgrowing" my car. Not concerned about their customers just doesn't want their car back.

At 11 miles a small noise was there. I look at tires & saw nothing. After road trip told service tech and salesman. Was told rock in tire, at 53 mile noise came back. Called salesman, and general manager was told to bring it in to shop Monday. Paint has scratches threw out car paint.
