Seat belt on drivers side did not protect driver of 2006 Jaguar S type when rear ended by pick up truck on July 30,2010. Result of accident cause head to hit sunvisor and steering wheel causing head and chest injury. The front passengers seat belt did keep passenger secure only resulting in whip lash.
