The contact owns a 2002 Jaguar X-type. The contact was driving 6 mph when another vehicle crashed into the side of her vehicle. The vehicle was destroyed and the driver side air bag did not deploy. The contact sustained back injuries and a police report was filed. The insurance company deemed the vehicle was destroyed. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was contacted in regards to the failure. The failure mileage was 96,000. Updated 05/25/11
