This a Jaguar X-type 2003. On may, 4 2007 my daughter was coming back from school and the car started shakig, and the back tires stopped. And one car hit the car because she had no control over the car, the car was towed to my brother's house. At the time my dugther did not know the car had warranty because I was not home, when a got back we call ed the dealer and they toll us the warranty had expired on may, 6 2007 that it was to late. We called during the moth of may still, we call a mechanic and he said it was the gear box.,

At 55 mph vehicle veered left to avoid getting hit by another car that came into its lane. Despite all-wheel drive, driver was unable to maintain control and crashed through a fence stopping in a residential backyard. Passenger side window completely shattered from impact, however side curtain airbag/S did not deploy. Insurance claim still pending.
