MY AC plastic pulley burned off because of bad bearings, so the replacement online was 114 dollars for a plastic wheel. SO if your are having this problem dont buy the OEM part its garbage. GO to a junk yard find a 4.6 liter town car which are all of them 98 or older remove its metal ten pulley its the same size as the Jaguar plastic pulley but its metal. it fits better then the oem. and i never had to worry about that happening ever again.
