Consumer was traveling 60-70mph and another vehicle started to fishtail & hit consumer's vehicle in front. Seat belt was locked & holding the passenger in place, but broke loose before impact, causing passenger's head to hit window. Consumer hasn't spoken to the dealer yet.

Seat belt would not stay latched, would come unlatched whenever independent repair shop replaced it with another belt from a used vehicle. It worked for a while and it started to unlatch. Manufacturer contacted. Owner has replaced belt latch.
