Recall 00V136000 repairs have not corrected the recall problem. Rotors have been replaced 3 times since first taken into dealer for recall. Battery failed and was replaced. Dash gauges malfunctioned due to cluster harness failure. The air bag light stays on. Fog lamp switch failed. The front pinion seal was leaking. The buckle for rear middle seat belt broke.

While driving, consumer turned to the right to avoid another vehicle, however vehicle skidded, hit a guardrail, and then rolled over, the orange button to release the seat belt was pulled up 1/4-1/2 inches, seat belt did not hold, causing driver to be tossed around during vehicle rollover, claim 47-4282-720.

When the weather is cold (I.e. below 25 degrees) the driver side seat belt locks in the home possition. After multiple trys on multiple days the seat belt stays in the home position. When the weather warms up or the heater in the car has been on for a long time, then the seat belt will release so that it may be used.
