Cherokee Latitude

  • Automatic transmission

driver side rear exterior door handle fell off

2nd time door handle "falls off". No longer covered under warranty so I had to pay out of pocket even though it was the 2nd time it happened to the same door! called customer service and they stated had I not paid for the repair and called them first they would of worked something out with me. Told me to save my paperwork incase it happens again or if a recall comes out
