Had a friend drive me in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited to a doctor's appointment in a nearby city that neither of us was familiar with. Even though I had entered the destination address into my navigation system prior to departure, the system appeared to be totally lost. The direction we were headed displayed East, when in reality we were going West. After a few turns to regain our bearings, we had to resort to my smartphone for directions!
When I spoke to FCA Jeep customer service, even though I have a lifetime warranty, they insisted I have other work completed (issue with brake rotor wear) first before they would touch it. Dealt with an attorney for a year only to get screwed again by Jeep.
