Cherokee Trailhawk 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 75,000 miles

I have a lot of road noise and vibrations. New tires and fresh alignment, yet my vehicle still vibrates and has road noise. Dealership cannot figure out what's going on. Jeeps are pieces of sh*t. No way are they the same rugged vehicles from the past.

vibration in the rear wheel well

Had to bring my Trailhawk in for 2nd time for the same vibration problem in the rear wheel well or near the gas tank. 1st time the resonator was replaced but didnt fix the problem. Now I'm back with the same goof who told me it was the resonator. Now this service representative tells me that since I took out the subwoofer and left that space unoccupied and empty, that he determined that there was an echo created by the empty space of engine noise while the engine was running. Now I know this guy was really full of crap. He even told me that he had other Cherokees in for service and had the same problem with the on and off vibration. I really couldn't believe that. I think it was a load of b.s. I told him to give my keys back to me so I could get out of here. What an ass. Time to go to another dealer.
