Cherokee Latitude 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 54,000 miles

I am sick of this Jeep. Been having problems since day one. Been telling the dealership and nothing happens. Every time it’s time for an oil change transmission tripping, electrical problem,or the alternator. Over it but stuck with it. So pissed off. Got stuck on the highway with my new baby recently and now they say needs computer update. Over this sh*t. DON'T GET A JEEP CHEROKEE!

Cherokee Sports 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 10,220 miles

When I purchased the vehicle, I was at the dealership from 12 in the afternoon until closing, it was dark when I left the dealership, the Sales person did not go over the jeep or explain anything about it. I put it in drive and drove home which is 20 miles from the dealership. I had to wait until the next day to go over the vehicle. To my surprise it did not have a CD player. I did not receive the second key until a month later, they told me that it only came with one key.... I have tried over /and over to trade that jeep in upgrade to something that I want and the dealership will not work with me....I'm ready to go to local TV station, and tell them how I was treated in the purchase of the Jeep
