Just had 2012 Compass in shop for ticking notice 3 days later & No rental given for inconvenience, I get home to read mail there was a recall notice. Apparently my year has fuel tank issues. Best part was they had no parts available to fix problem as of yet. I had to cancel plans of camping & a trip to Omaha because recall so serious that if tank gets less than 1/2 empty car could stall & cause accidents. I'm beginning to think that I have a lemon (sad) as I love my compass. Handles great on the road; but after spending all my savings & paying cash for it I'm so dissapointed wondering if this will be last problem?
