When in reverse, car squeals. Dealer said "the car was just washed, so the brakes are squeaky." It squeaks every time you back up. I discussed the same problem with another Compass owner locally. They had new brake pads and it didn't remedy the issue. Their mechanic told them safety wasn't a concern, for some reason they just squeak. Solution unknown. It's very annoying and makes the car sound cheap/like it needs mechanic.

Took the Jeep to dealer and they replace the pads and turned the rotors, but the brakes still making the same squealing noise mikes at time 13253 miles.
