Overall this was really bad. 5 days ago it was brought in for inspection (see prior report). It was cleared for driving. But then the coolant was being sucked back again. When driving there was no steam coming from the engine or leaking. Just a high squeal and I pulled over to find no coolant again. It was again towed to the dealership to deeper inspection. In this report, I am going to name people. It was towed into Red Deer South Side Dodge in Alberta.

Prior to this, the passenger side had major repairs and I told FCA Canada that I was worried I may have more problems even after the warranty was up. They said they would put something on my file some notes and they will address it again when it happens.

The engine is then looked into deeper. They take very thing apart. The manager at the shop says that I drove the Jeep overheated and I wrecked the engine. (this is not true). How can I have no engine code for overheating show up but be blamed for overheating? As well 5 days prior it was taken in for the same issue (tested for issues) and there were no codes for overheating & I was cleared to drive it. So the following was fixed on both sides: Head caskets, lifters, spark plugs, and camshafts.

I was denied a warranty on the prior side that was fixed and the area manager denied me any warranty (even though FCA said I had goodwill warrenty). I called FCA and they said this is not their problem and they can not make the area manager review my file. I can not make a complaint in my province because the FCA is not registered with them. The shop manager (Brodie) still says this is all my fault when it is not. I am now stuck paying a huge bill for . this is just not right. there needs to be a class action suit against the company for this.

Update from Mar 7, 2023: Resolved customer service with Red Deer Southside. Turns out the shop Manager Brodie went above and beyond for my case to the district area manager of FCA. After speaking with a few more Jeep owners the area manager had also denied repairs for the jeeps and has put Jeep owners in a frustrated position. Only way to fix this issue is to do oil analysis and then request a new engine. Yes I still have coolant loss issues. Doing the oil analysis to prove faulty engine.
