Grand Cherokee Limited 4.0L Inline 6-H.O

Problem: No Cooling (Air Conditioning Operates, however fails to produce cooling).

Description: When the A/C is turned on, no cooling effect occurs, the blower operates as functioned however it will blow hot air during warm days with no apparent cooling. Heater operates correctly as well.

Troubleshooting: Ultraviolet Leak test showed no leaks within the system. However, no pressure is noted. Filled system with R-134a and checked operation, system operated correctly. Continued leak testing. Basis of differential diagnosis it shows a problem with the evaporator.

Solution: Replace Evaporator, would require completely removing dash to get at, therefore I never bothered to fix it.

Workaround: 60-4 method (60 km/h with 4 windows down). Do not operate Air Conditioning.
