While traveling on slushy roads from snow, vehicle suddenly spun around and consumer states brakes were never applied, vehicle was taken into dealership because consumer stated it flet like the rear brakes were grabbing, but dealer could not duplicate the problem, however consumer experienced the same problem on a separate occasion, consumer then decided to install rear brake pads, consumer discovered that the inner pad on the passenger side had no pad left and the metal had damaged the rotor, it appeared that the caliper was still pushing against the rotor even when the service brakes were off, therefore it may not bring vehicle to a halt but can cause vehicle to spin around when traveling on snow or icy roads.
