This appears to be a long standing problem with Grand Cherokees - it irritates me that a simple fix is available, but the company has never accepted responsibility for fixing it. I know, in the scheme of things, this may be minor, but it is a constant annoyance - the a/c comes on or goes off automatically, the coolant drains from the overflow - so it requires monitoring.
