problem #2

Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7

  • Automatic transmission
  • 38,000 miles

chrysler has very bad brake rotors, best fix for this is "powerstop cross drilled brake rotors and pads' from summit raceing.com 40,000 miles on current set and just had them turned with new pads. easy fix.

problem #1

Dec 102004

(reported on)

Grand Cherokee Laredo

  • 49,000 miles

I had either the rotors turned or replaced every 6-10,000 miles. I did some research and found after market rotors are superior to the OEM stuff. I spent a little more, but purchased Power Slot rotors and asked Jeep to install them. They refused. So I went to a Pep Boys and they installed them 6 months ago. So far, great!
