The contact owns a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the front driver side tire went flat. The contact added air to the tire and was unable to do so because the valve chord was missing and had seeped into the tire. The dealer was notified and offered to repair the failure at no cost to the contact. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 28,000 and the current mileage was 28,300.
