TIPM stalls electrical system malfunctions in dash unit

TIPM module is defective and dealership does not have a replacement or recall at the time in July. In extreme heat inside the cabin around 94 and up when you turn the vehicle on the dashboard goes wild and will not work. This was not help by dealership saying there is nothing they can do. It took about 35 minutes before system starting going back to normal, because engine and power steering are the only things that work. So you drive with door open or sweat for 35 mins driving until unit cools and starts working.
