The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving, he was unable to read the speedometer due to a glare from the sun. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis and the contact was advised that the vehicle was manufactured with the glass on the speedometer set at the wrong angle. The dealer was unable to rectify the problem stating it was a design flaw. The manufacturer was notified but offered no assistance. The vehicle had not been repaired. Updated 07/10/12
