I read a couple of other complaints on this issue, and mine is the same. Radio just shuts off, then comes back on but with no volume. This is also affecting the back up camera screen, it just won't come on at random times.

all device power goes out when driving

While driving all power goes out and all devices go black. You don’t know how fast you’re driving as digital speedometer shows 0 and normal speedometer needle stays at 0 also. 20-40 mins later if you’re lucky it starts coming back on. Navigation resets and now update maps are gone, so it doesn’t show my neighborhood anymore. Dealership claims they fixed it but occasionally it occurs several times a week. Jeep needs to address this immediately. I have been only a Jeep owner since '95 and this is my 4th Jeep.
