unable to use the rear backup camera, when the car is in reverse the backup camera screen shows a blank screen with the message "check the entire surroundings!" and thats it. unable to get rear back up to work again and was advised by mopar vehicle protection that this factory backup camera is not included in their warranty or extended warranty that i purchased as well.

we are one of the top leads companies in the car rental field in Egypt (Europcar) & we are a service provider but our level of service depend on the service that we got from the supplers & dealers which aren't providing us with that expexted level of service which meet the clients expectations so we are suffering from this problems always with almost all the brands here in Egypt because of lake of control from the frnchise.

anyway we reserved for our vehicle in Abou Ghaly Motors (Dealer & supplier for Chrysler in Egypt) on 22/10/2012 , Res. # 55942 for the vehicle's regular due service (20000 KM) & to check the reverse Camera which isn't working proberly as per the vehicle's renter complaint & we had the service & the service advisor informed us that we had to take the vehicle to the Camera subdealer to be changed under the warantee coverage in Helipolis area in Cairo & when we sent the vehicle to the subdealer (Carilyon) they asked us to leave the camera to be sent to the factory & returned after 48 hours as they hadn't any available spare part even in there head quarter in Mohandessin in the down town so we returned the vehicle without leaving the camera & we replaced the vehicle to the renter with the same category (Jeep Cherokeee limited , 2011) & we parked the other vehicle till we solve the camera problem & we beared the cost of a replacement vehicle & grounded one & i sent a complaint on 22/10 to chrysler complin center & they supposed to handle this issue wthin 48 hours from the date of the complaint but i just had 1 call from Engineer Wassim from Abou Ghaly the dealer calming me down & apologizing but i didn't had any solution till now!!! I still bear that cost & the client's complint as he pushing to have his vehicle back but i just have promises without actions from the dealer or the subdealer or even from Daimler Chrysler which isn't accepted as the after sale is a major part of the sold vehicle value as a service.

so kindly help me to have a solution.
