The contact stated that the vehicle would not start randomly but was unsure if the failure was related to the recalls. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 70,000. Parts distribution disconnect.

I have called the dealer every two or three weeks since only to be told that it will be two more weeks. Two weeks never seems to come and I am concerned about my safety driving this vehicle.

The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph, she attempted decelerate and the brake pedal seized. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where failure could not be diagnosed. The failure recurred and the vehicle was taken to the dealer a total of four times. The master cylinder and the vacuum assembly hose were both replaced but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified and advised her to take the vehicle to a different dealer.
