Grand Cherokee Overland V6

The source of the crunching/popping noise seems to be the lumbar support. It's so bad that a couple times, the popping noise was accompanied by the support collapsing completely. Then I'd reset it with the electronic control. it would be back in place, and I'd hear the crunching/popping.

I have an appointment and we'll see what they say. I'm concerned I won't be able to get it to do a full demonstration when they have it in the shop. It's intermittent like that.
