Grand Cherokee Limited

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

Why would the struts/shocks be bad already on a 2015 vehicle? This Jeep has been nothing but a pain in the *&(#!!!

Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,077 miles

I was just surprised that 2 shock absorbers starting leaking with only 2,077 miles on it. BTW, these were standard shocks on a 2 wheel drive Cherokee. I figured there were a bad lot of shocks by the vendor (shocks were manufactured by Hitachi). I read elsewhere there were some recalls on Cherokee and other Chrysler models.

dealer replaced shocks (1 front & 1 rear)
