Grand Cherokee Summit 5.7L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 16,000 miles

The 2015 GJC Summit saga continues...was getting significant bounce and wobble in the steering wheel and noise coming from engine compartment. After being inspected by dealer and fixed under warranty it was discovered the engine mounts were defective from the manufacturer. They also had to fix the steering column. This vehicle has spent quite a bit of time visiting the dealer due to one problem after the next.

Grand Cherokee Laredo V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 30,000 miles

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee starting having creaking noise from front end, originally started when turning into driveways now its doing it when turning into parking spaces or just on flat payment. Dealer has looked at it twice and duplicated it on the last visit 6/10/17 .

All they did was a visual inspection and said there was no bulletin's or service repair orders referencing to this issue, yet jeepgarage.com has a lot of users complaining about this as well as you-tube.

One thing that blows me away is how dealerships claim to never hear about issues no matter what it is, they must be trained to say, never heard of this or it's normal or even were sorry but even looks good.

Grand Cherokee Overland 8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,000 miles

The vehicle creaks and groans (rt front) while going over the smallest of bumps; most notable when turning slight left. Never paid so much for such a high rated vehicle to have such disappointment. Dealer is working with Chrysler but so far, and with front bushings and one rear shock changed out, the noise is still reproducible and aggravating. Now at 23,000 mi and I'm convinced I'm going to have to leave with this. WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER!!

Grand Cherokee High Altitude 3.6L V6

creaks when rolling over speed bumps

My worst fears are coming true - trading in a perfectly good 2014 unit with 9K miles for a problem 2015. The last thing I want to hear is a creak in $52K luxury SUV's suspension.
