problem #2

Grand Cherokee SRT, Night Edition 6.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 51,000 miles

Carbon fiber interior trim panels have delaminated again on the front right door. This is the second time this has happened and should be covered under the extended warranty period for this part that was put in place. I will have to sell the car after that warranty and never buy a Jeep again after that warranty. I can't justify paying out of pocket for these parts that fail every year. Never buy a Jeep!

Grand Cherokee SRT, Night Edition 6.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 20,000 miles

Multiple carbon fiber interior panels began to delaminate after about 2 years. This was fixed under warranty and the warranty was extended to 5 years.
