Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 17,000 miles

The screen on the uconnect has bubbles behind the glass it is difficult to see part of the screen, and the touch screen doesn't always work on that part of the screen. I'm so frustrated with Jeep and this is my 5th Jeep! I am not happy with this one! I'm not buying another one if this doesn't get repaired by Jeep.

Grand Cherokee Overland 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 37,000 miles

2 problems:

Leather Dash (Overland trim) delaminating from heat expansion of leather... told Jeep has had this problem for years and issued a recall on certain years... most recent year 2014 included... don't have an estimate of the repair yet but am told $1,200 plus labor.

The vehicle is out of warrantee & Jeep denied my claim.

2nd problem: Uconnect is failing ... too many different issues to list here... having it repaired a local vehicle audio shop +/- $1,000

Grand Cherokee Limited V6

Very disappointed in the 1st Jeep I ever owned. Uconnect system; radio (switches stations & beeps), blue tooth (will not pair a iphone), screen changes problems, seats warm up without pressing on! This is a safety issue & have noticed many complaints on the web. These should be a recall on this issue!! I'm barely out of warranty coverage and should NOT have to pay $1500 for a new radio for a car 2 yrs old & 39k miles!
