jeep turns off when i brake and shakes when i brake in snow

jeep slips on the snow more than my smaller car does. it has spin like twice the brake shakes when I try to brake. also, smells like burn after a while of using heat. and turns off when I break, it shakes a bit and turns off. also the windshield wiper from the back does not work at all. the window from the back didn't close I had to get that fixed. also, the air bag light flashes.
