Propeller shaft bearing was exposed causing grinding/rattling noise and possible failure. While driving I heard a loud click and rattling noise. I took the car to the mechanic and he said that he could see the bearing exposed for the propeller shaft and that it needed replacement.

  • 60,000 miles
Vehicle vibrates loudly from front driveline between 40 and 50 mph and over 70 mph, concerned this is a severe, unsafe, and common problem because of many other complaints of the same definition from other Liberty owners.

As with many others on this site, I have been having drive line vibrations at around 45-55 mph; also, pulling to the right (after 3 alignments!) which cause tires to wear prematurely. Jeep really should fix this stuff for all of us!
