The contact owns a 2005 Jeep Liberty. While driving approximately 60 mph, the rear passenger side window fell inside the door panel. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.

The contact owns a 2005 Jeep Liberty. While driving 30 mph, the contact discovered that the rear driver's side window would not roll down. He was also unable to unlock the door. The dealer stated that the failure was a common defect in the Jeep Liberty, and the window failure caused the door lock to fail. The dealer charged $360 for the repair. In December of 2007, the rear driver's side window failed again. In March of 2008, the rear passenger side window failed. A report was filed with the manufacturer and they recommended that the vehicle be returned to the dealer for a diagnosis. Instead, the contact took the vehicle to a garage and the mechanic stated that the motor was defective. The failure mileage was 37,000 and current mileage was 59,398. Updated 03-06-09 the dealer replaced the regulator. Updated 03/10/09.
