I received a recall notice from the Chrysler group llc. N46 / NHTSA 13V - 252. (rear structure reinforcement) we took our vehicle to our Jeep dealer here in owensboro, ky. About 4 to 6 months ago. They told us they did not have the correct parts in stock at that time and they were on order. We checked back frequently at the dealer in which still no parts have arrived for our vehicle. On the week of 9/14/2014 - 9/20/14 we received the same recall notice from Chrysler again. We contacted the dealer again and still no parts have arrived. My complaint: This has gone on long enough we need this recall order fixed now. We feel we can't even get in this vehicle and be protected comfortably. Can anyone help us out please from this authority?

Liberty 4-cyl Diesel

On three separate occasions vehicle stalls upon engaging drive or reverse from park or neutral. The shift is made, the vehicle begins to move, then suddenly it stalls, the engine shuts off. Park or neutral must be quickly reselected to restart vehicle. Danger of being in an intersection when this happens it high. Dealer says it is a known issue, with no solution.

Several things 2 list: Vehicle = 2.8L diesel Jeep Liberty, 2006. The codes are P0093 & U0121. 1st) it says a large leak in the fuel system. Something in the emission system. Has happened several X's. I've had it towed 4 this. Engine runs rough & quits @ X's. no power. Changed fuel filter & did air leak test in the fuel return system / tech at Dodge Jeep dealer. No air in return line found. Problem still exist on an intermitant & sporadic X frame since June 2010. Last X occurred = 8-20-10ish. 2) low boost from hole in the waste gate actuator vacum tube from improper routing at factory. Found by tech at Jeep dealer. 2 visits many hours & $$$. egr valve replaced @ same time. Big $'s. 3rd) belt squeak from bearing going out in A/C compressor /dealer tech"?? 3rd visit. Need A/C compressor he says. Previously changed tensioner pulley for this problem but did not fix problem. They now say its the A/C compressor??" 4th) right rear electric window motor failed 10-2-10. Replaced motor/regulator assembly 10-7-10= $172.99. I should be reimbursed for all parts & labor for these damages. I paid a lot of $ for a supposedly good vehicle but it keeps failing. 5th) part time 4X4 light on dash says its in part time 4X4 when in two wheel drive. Haven't repaired cause of $. please note that because of low power I was almost in several accidents because of the low turbo boost at acceleration. There could be injuries or fatalities in the future if this happens to someone else that's not mechanically inclined and not aware of reduced engine performance of a turbo failing slowly like mine because of a small hole in the waste gate actuator tubing from vibration on the housing bracket by the tube. Was replaced and rerouted by dealer tech.

I have a Jeep Liberty 2006, last year the passenger window regulator broke and then almost exactly a year later the driver window regulator broke. I have to replace the window and regulator (because of an "upgrade" in the regulator part you have to buy a window as well). From last March to this March they have doubled the price of the regulator making the repair even more costly to consumers.
