Liberty Sport 3.7L

  • Automatic transmission

We went for a family outing on sunday morning up to the mountains, on the way up jeep started to smoke we pulled over to look what the problem was, there was transmission fluid leaking on the muffler so we had it towed back to town(now mind you our day was shot already) on the way to the dealer to get it fixed the towtruck driver lost our jeep off his tow truck it was cradled by the rear wheels he went around a corner to fast and it fell out of the cradle, now im pissed, lucky no damage got it to the dealer I called Monday morning to talk to them and tell them the problem (NO WORRIES) we will get it fixed asap for you was his reply. Well guess what? they could not find the parts we needed to fix it. IT TOOK 48 DAYS ... this is a huge dealer too, they sell alot of cars here on the olympic peninsula, well we get it back less then 300 miles we have more problems with dash lights and chimes coming on so we took it back to them and told them we DON'T want it back til it's totaly fix WHAT A PAIN. But thats a whole other story Thanks for leting me vent I hope other jeep owners have better luck then we are having OH YAH we will never buy a nother jeep i can promise you that!!!!
