The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Liberty. While driving at an unknown speed, the rear door unlatched and lifted up the glass window. As a result, the gate opened and did not close. The "gate open" indicator illuminated. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000.
