First off... I had the lower rear suspension arm recall for this year make and model Jeep done last year and I have had problems ever since. The bushings in the arms themselves I think were old or dry rotted, because they have made a creaking noise going over uneven ground or bumps. I was told from another shop (not the dealership - I wanted a second opinion on what the dealership did because they wouldn't help me when I complained), a Jeep Specialty Repair Shop, that they were not torqued properly and I called Chrysler several times and they kept sending me back to the dealership that caused the issue in the first place and they would not take responsibility for the issue...

They tried greasing the bushings (which shouldn't need greasing if they are new) but that didn't help. Instead of changing them out because they just didn't want to deal with it. I got the s*** end of the stick on that. The vehicle drove different after that and I wish I NEVER had it done in the first place. Do not go to Secret City for recalls ever!!

Second, not long after that the front ball joints on the right side went, upper and lower and I was overcharged for that fix and now not even a year later the other side needs to be done... upper and lower. It's hard to find honest mechanics, especially being a woman. I will NOT take it to the Dealership (Secret City) here because they do not know what they are doing and they have done enough damage already. I feel since the Ball Joints have been recalled on the Jeep Liberty all the way to 2006 (but Not the 2007), you should add 2007 to that list. I feel that Chrysler knows that the 2007 ball joints are the same as the other years but they refuse to add the 2007 to the list and they know they are faulty and are being negligent because they don't wanna pay for it.

I am so frustrated and disgusted with Chrysler because they just don't care. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any vehicle I have ever owned. Chrysler dealerships and Chrysler corporation only gets away with it and still sells vehicles because of the Jeep Wrangler and its popularity, not its reliability. C'mon Chrysler, take responsibility for this issue and help me get the recall problem resolved and help out with the Ball Joints and add the 2007 front Ball Joints upper and lower to that recall list!!!!!
