problem #1

Liberty Limited 3.2L V6

For six months my check engine light kept coming off and on and the Jeep continuously stalled out. I had it at two different dealerships and four months later they replaced the PCM module. Three times it was replaced. The first two times they put aftermarket ones in and the same problem soon as I drove off the lot the light would come on.

The third time a PCM was replaced in September and they told me for the inconvenience they threw in a new battery. The dealership informed me that I would not have to pay my deductible because of inconvenience. What they did not tell me is that it was recalled; which is what I just recently found out in 2015. The Jeep runs good for 6-8 weeks and then there was another issue and its back in the shop for repairs.

I have never in my life ever own such a horrible, unreliable vehicle.. Ever...The PCM was covered under my extended warranty but now the dealership is telling me six months later I owe them money for this part that was replaced. I have contacted the Attorney general and BBB. They told me I owed them nothing. WORST VEHICLE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED.
