After stationary for the weekend in my homes driveway, both the driver and passenger active headrests deployed. There have been no accidents and no misuse related to both headrests deploying. I called my local Jeep dealership this morning and they told me there must have been an accident for them to deploy, and that I was wrong by telling them the car was stationary in the driveway, and then quoted me $750 for each headrest plus the cost of labor and servicing.
