It took them a month or more to fix (waiting for parts). When using the 4 wheel drive it jerks so bad I feel as if I am going to hit a car when parking (turning wheel). I don't like using the 4 wheel drive. It's the worst. They said that is how the jeep was made. Never had the problem until the drivetrain was fixed.
