The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that her drivers side seat belt was turned at angle where it was pressing against her skin and leaving bruises. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who advised her that they were not going to modify the vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 1,800. Updated 11/16/11
