will not drive over 4 miles per At a stoplight idling, the engine RPM's dip below 500 and the vehicle begins to shudder and then stalls out. If the shifter is moved to neutral the shuddering stops. This happened multiple times . Then on the morning of 5/19/2016, I went to take my daughter to school, backed out of the drive way and went to drive forward, it would not move more than 4 mph. Took the vehicle to a Phillip Chrysler Jeep dealer in Ocala and they said it was my wiring harness, that battery acid had eaten up the harness. So $1500.00 later and a new wiring harness, it still did not fix the problem. No trouble dash light came on to indicate a problem. But my HUM OBD Reader did pick a alert as it happened. I have had it to 4 repair shops and still a over a year later and no one can fix it. It has been sitting in the garage and I have been paying on it for almost two years for a vehicle that can not be fixed or know one knows how to fix. I cant afford to fix in access of 2000.00 plus make payments. I am a single mother and work hard to pay my bills. Someone told me that the computer might needs to be flashed? Has anyone tried this yet?

Here are my OBD readings:

dtc (diagnostic trouble code) U1146 (Wiring) frequently reported fixes - Repaired Transmission Wiring Harness (didn't work)

dtc (diagnostic trouble code) P0700 (Powertrain)

description Category: Transmission - The Transmission Control Module (TCM) is used on automatic transmissions. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM), or vehicle's computer, communicates with the TCM to shift the transmission based on engine rpm's during acceleration. If the TCM senses a problem with the way the transmission is shifting, or other problems with it, it sends a signal to the ECM (Engine Control Module) which then turns on the Check Engine Light and sets this code. The vehicle's operator may have noticed that the transmission is not shifting correctly, it may be slipping (free-wheeling) between shifts, etc. The TCM will need to be diagnosed by a repair professional with the proper equipment as there may be other trouble codes present relating to the automatic transmission
