problem #2

Wrangler Unlimited 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 800 miles

2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The horn is very hard to depress. You just cannot tap it like in the old days. This is a SAFETY issue in my opinion. The dealer says that this IS normal. Are others experiencing this same problem?

problem #1

Wrangler 6 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 10 miles

Hard to just "tap" on horn button to get it to honk. I really have to push hard, unlike many other cars that I have owned. Dealership says "nothing wrong" Has anyone else noticed this annoying problem. I also feel that this is a safety issue. Perhaps the best horn system was on the Fords (1969) where the horn ring was incorporated in the inside of the steering wheel.

Hopefully others are having this same horn problem.
