The issue is that I can not get an answer to the problem that this vehicle was originally from Canada, purchased by me in the USA. If there is a warranty that would cover this problem it would be voided due to the fact that this vehicle came from Canada. It was purchased from a small dealership that never disclosed that this vehicle was from Canada and that any existing warranty would be void. Now Chrysler will not honor any kind of service on a Chrysler product due to this issue. My thought is it is still a Chrysler produce that has a defect. Does a dealership have an obligation to disclose this?

Upon calling Chrysler customer service several time no one could answer my questions. We have had only Chrysler product for many years, now that we are having issues I question on decision. I want a company that stands behind their product no matter where it came from or what the issue is. May rethink our next purchase. Frustrating.

Rust had developed under the cowl and it took 3 months to get it fixed with 10-15 trips to the dealer and body shop.
