drivers leather seats keeps lowering it self

this issue has been happening since I bought the vehicle new, reported to the service department at every service but they are unable to fix, they replaced the seat frame two times in the past 2 years, but that did not fix the problem. I even suggested that they take a look at the lever because to me, that appears to have something to do with the problem, they did not, so i went on the jeep wrangler forum to find a solution, it appears that i am not the only owner with the problem, the solution is to jack the seat to your desire position and then remove the lever
