Speed sensor went out on passenger side rear tire at 8000 miles, nearly got in accident on interstate as vehicle in the middle of driving practically stopped to 10 miles an hour. Second sensor driver side rear went out at 40, 000 miles just outside warranty and the same thing happened on the interstate to my wife. She is now scared to drive vehicle. Called Jeep and they did nothing. I paid for repair, but can't repair my wife's syche. I expect a recall, it is not safe for the sensors to go out like that. There are many Jeep message boards that depict same issues. It is my intent to contact an attorney for further reproduction considerations

Anti lock braking system and traction control activate at low speeds - at 5-10 mph. It applies the brakes without warning.

Several times, at least 100 my stability control has activated on clear dry roads. When this happens at highway speed the vehicle twitches severely and it can be difficult to stay in your lane on a dry road. If you were on a slippery road it would likely cause a slide. Also when this happens the vehicle slows. I've had the stability control activate when merging on the freeway, my car slowed so much and suddenly the car behind me had to brake and honked their horn. I've had my vehicle serviced at, at least 2 different Chrysler Jeep dealerships 5 different times so far, it's still not fixed. Currently, my vehicle is in the shop and it's been there over a week this time. Still, no idea what's causing the problem. When the problem is happening the warning light on the dash actives but it doesn't stay on so there's no code for the dealer to view.

The vehicle's traction control light alarmed and automatically applied brakes heavily resulting in a near miss rear end collision. The vehicle hindered the gas pedal and I was forced to a stop on the middle of a heavily travel roadway. The vehicle is still under factory warranty. I called Chrysler and made an appointment. After 4 days, I was told nothing is wrong with my vehicle.

On 04/28/2018 I went off roading to my favorite trail. The Jeep was stationary untilthe car startd to slowly move while it was on park. In an attempt to breaks and steer away from the water the truck steering and break wasn't responding to either direction. Took police enforcement a while to respond and as they arrive the tide took the vehicle and submerged all the way to the floor board
