Wrangler Willys 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 75,400 miles

I recently had Cylinder 2 misfire code pop on my 2017 Willys. I have treated this thing great and have had no issues. At around 75K, this error popped up and I thought no big deal. I changed the plugs. No help. I changed the Coil packs, no help. I pulled it apart this weekend after doing some research (and my buddy is a pro cert mechanic) and it appears the rockers and springs are good and everything looks great. So in a nutshell I am out around 800 bucks so far, and I keep hearing about this problem online. I called a dealer, but you guessed it, no help. Can anyone assist? Or is there really an extended warranty that covers this because I keep hitting a dead end. Pretty much is isolated to the head.

Thanks.
