The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving 25-35 mph, the vehicle seized and stopped. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to gulf Chrysler Dodge Jeep (3781 S mckenzie St, foley, al 36535, (251) 943-5075) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the rear differential had locked up. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 23,000.
