The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the lever located on the headrests of both the front driver-€™s and passenger-€™s seats failed to recline as needed. The contact stated that the failure caused her to be unable to drive the vehicle since she could not properly adjust the seat. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
