The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the rear defroster was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to huntington Dodge (5080 jericho turnpike, commack, NY 11725, (631) 993-3300) where it was diagnosed that the entire rear window needed to be replaced and the parts would not be available until April 22, 2019. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The VIN was not provided. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.
