A Kia Forte sold in the midwest should be able to handle 0 degree temperatures. Car needed gas and the release lid would not open. Cable attached to the release lever inside the car was frozen, car needed gas, so in turn somewhere along the line it got broken. The kia dealership will not fix it under warranty since it was broken outside of their dealership. I might add that this car was bought in October of 2017 with 33 miles on it. It is a new car this should not be an issue! They are saying that there is no proof that it was frozen up to begin with. My son is the owner of this car and he left on vacation and I was in charge of the car, so I do not appreciate being called a liar. This issue is not going to go away quickly even if we have to hire a lawyer. A brand new car sold in the midwest should not have issues of freezing up.
